Executive Summary

Jakmart.com Inc. dba JimmyWireless, designs and sells wireless products and services that together provide its customers with Internet protocol (IP) network solutions. The Company's operations are organized into three operating segments: Infrastructure, Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Customer Service. The infrastructure segment negotiates tower and repeater space leases that are used to control and direct network traffic from the core, through the edge, aggregation and the customer premise equipment level. The CPE segment offers solutions that meet an array of customer's priorities, from protecting the network itself, and protecting data on the network, to maximizing existing bandwidth and acceleration of applications across a distributed network. The Service segment delivers services to customers of the Infrastructure and CPE segments.
